Food and staff were excellent!!! However, I asked for a garden view and was given a room (279) that was in the construction zone. Only one light worked in the room, dusty, and damp with a mildew smell. The dust triggered my asthma. I asked for a room change and was told they didn't have one available. The bed springs hurt my back. The hotel did offer $250 to use in the spa. However, I was celebrating a milestone birthday, and the room ruined the trip. My clothes started to smell like mildew. I was up all night, and ended up getting sleep on beach chairs.

Spacious boathouses with great patio and terrace views. Very clean. Our boathouse had a few issues with the patio door lock and dryer not working which could not be fixed during our stay. Staff offered to move us but we decided shifting was not worth the effort. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the breakfast menu gets boring. Beach services are only towel and umbrella, no dining or drinks available. There is construction going on in the property but it is well managed snd not disturbing.

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were immaculate and very quiet. Beach front with complementary beach chairs, umbrellas and towels with beach staff. Accommodations were big and newly renovated clean with kitchenette. Perfect distance to dining and shopping."

"The Windsong was great! We had a fantastic time. The people were all very friendly and happy to assist us, from the check-in to the restaurant and bars to the beach crew.
