Gorgeous Villa with gated entry to this beautiful 1 acre oceanfront property with a 75 Feet of waterfront. Enjoy the sunset from the Dockside Patio. This is a very peaceful and relaxing property with mature palm trees, lush gardens with flowering shrubs. We also have a floating EZ Dock with built in ladder for swimming to the water trampoline or kayaking to Turtle Lake or the South Side Marina out to The Caicos Banks and Cooper Jack Bay Beach. We are only 1/2 mile south of the #1 beach in the world. Grace Bay Beach. The Island is only 25 miles wide and 1-5 miles across depending on which part of the island you are in. We are in the middle.

Enjoy use of our 2 person Ocean Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Cressi Snorkel Gear. We also provide Beach Chairs with a shoulder strap for easy carrying to the beach. Beach Towels, High Quality Beach Umbrella & Cooler's to fill up with ice, so you can explore several beaches in one day and keep your drinks cold in your Jeep or SUV Rental.

There are Thule Kayak Racks on the SUV should you wish to do your own eco tour. You can paddle down to Turtle Lake or the Caicos Banks from the dock. You can also take the Kayaks on the SUV and head over to the east end of the island and paddle to Iguana Island, Half Moon Bay and the Mangroves. We have many recommendations and are here to assist you.

All non motorized toys are here for you to enjoy while you call Sweet Escape Villa your home away from home in Paradise. All motorized vehicles are extra. Inquire within. We are also happy to make referrals. We recommend your rent a vehicle no matter where your stay, as the island is meant to be explored and there are several amazingly beautiful beaches all over the island.

I have a prepared a Guest Directory with detailed driving directions to all our favorite beach stops all over the island so you can take the Guest Directory in the Rental Car and easily find all the beaches. Option to rent an SUV with Thule Kayak Racks on top and a large cargo area so you can take the Kayaks to the beach and explore the coast or head over the mangroves, iguana island and half moon bay and stop by Noahs Ark floating bar or go to Long Bay Beach and paddle out to the portuguese container ship and then over to visit Captain Oaks floating bar to people watch.

This beautiful villa is located on the discovery bay canal system. It is a waterfront property on 3/4 of an acre. The mature landscaping, gated entry, wrap around screened in porch, double hammock and dockside patio make it your private oasis. The property is 75 wide at the waterfront and it has a 2 tiered dock with a gorgeous retaining wall garden bed with palm trees and flowering shrubs.

The dock has an outdoor shower, shore power and a upper level dockside patio with chaise lounge chairs looking down the canal to the west, the perfect spot at sunset . There is a 5 step ladder attached to the floating dock to make it easy for you to go swimming and get in and out easily. You can swim to our water trampoline and have bouncing and jumping in and out of the water. There is a ladder on the water trampoline and the canal is 9 feet deep with a sandy bottom. There is a 3 foot tide so the water level rises 3 feet and then drops 3 feet every 6 hours. That keeps our crystal clear ocean flowing in and out from the Caicos Bank and Turtle Lake 24/7.

We have a floating seadoo dock which floats up and down 3 feet with the tide changing every 6 hours. The ebb & flow make a nice current to keep the water crystal clear. You can dive off the main dock, the floating seadoo dock or the water trampoline which has a slide. Relax & enjoy the lounge chairs at our dockside patio, float in the ocean in our water hammock or curl up with a book in the hammock under the coconut palm trees.
STAR GAZING AT THE DOCKSDIE PATIO:
At night stroll down to the canal and just lay down on one of the chaise loungers and enjoy the spectacular display of stars. Incredibly beautiful & clear. The sky seems so big, yet close as there are so many bright stars.

The Main Villa is 1600 Square Feet. It is a 2 storey home with a 300 sq/ft wrap around screened in balcony facing the canal to the north. The main floor has 2 private bedroom. The Master Bedroom with a king size white bed frame with matching nightstands with 3 drawers, a 4 piece en-suite bathroom with linen closet. The Master ensuite has a beautiful cherry wood vanity and vessel sink. Both bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, double closet and a patio door walkout to the ground level. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen Platform bed and patio door walkout. All of our luxurious mattresses are super comfortable. We buy them from Donna at Island Furniture who imports them from Florida for all the Villa's and Resorts on the island. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a high efficiency, split wall, air conditioning unit with a remote control and auto settings (in North America you would call our AC Unit a Heat Pump but we do not need heat on the island). Additional sleeping quarters are available as the great room has 2 queen size slip cover sofa beds OR you can rent the Guest Cottage which can sleep 2 - 4 at an additional cost, inquire within. We have a twin cot, a Pack N Play, a booster car seat, and a high chair for a toddler, if needed.

The 2nd floor features a vaulted Caribbean wood beamed ceiling painted white. The open concept design features an eat in kitchen with white cabinets & a breakfast bar, overlooking the dining area ad great room. The kitchen has black granite countertops with silver & gold metallic flecks that sparkle at night it is really beautiful as the lights reflect. There is a round glass table with matching chairs in white wicker & sunbrella fabric on the seats. inside and dining for 8 on the screened in porch. Personally, I like having my breakfast on the east side upper deck while watching the sunrise over the palm trees. Kitchen appliances include a Stainless Steel double door side by side Fridge and Freezer, a Stainless Steel Glass Top Stove with oven, a stainless steel built in dishwasher, microwave, ninja blender, flat basket coffee maker with coffee filters provided, coffee grinder, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery.

Two Queen Size Slip Cover Sofa beds, a Sunbrella Chaise Lounger and a 55 inch Flat Screen TV in great room. The TV sits on a White Entertainment Console.

There are two patio door walkouts to the screened in porch overlooking the canal. on Two 48 x 48 inch white polywood tables with matching long island dining chairs to seat 8. The breeze on the porch creates a comfortable atmosphere. Our guests enjoy looking at the beautiful landscaping, playing cards, sipping wine, dining, dancing or uploading the days photos to share what they are experiencing each day with freinds and family. Sweet Escape Villa has a comfortable space for everyone.

Their are several windows and ceilings fans, a beautiful indoor Braxton-Culler down filled chaise lounge in Sunbrella Fabric and a gorgeous caribbean print. A stylish gloss white coffee table & end tables and 2 lamps. The TV area is very cozy with seating for everyone. A 52" print of Grace Bay Beach makes you feel like you are at the beach. Other Artwork from a local artist Sara Alexandra Skye are placed horizontally around the room. She is the owner of Making Waves Art Studio in the Regent Plaza.

The Villa has a modern Caribbean design with light, linen sand, benjamin moore wall paint colour, it is neutral and flows well with pops of colour from the artwork and the large photo of Grace Bay Beach. The white linen curtains flowing from the warm tropical breeze & two luxurious queen size sofa beds and a matching chaise lounge create a happy oasis for everyone to relax and make memories in a very comfortable home.

Optional Boat or Vehicle Rentals:
If you are interested in exploring the TCI Ocean by boat we can offer the option to rent a Boat with a private captain to show the most beautiful places you have ever seen. Secluded beaches, private islands, half moon bay, iguana island and snorkelling at the barrier reef. A full day of adventure - fun in the sun, simply ask.
If you are interested in renting an SUV with Thule Kayak Rack so you can easily transport the Kayaks to the beach so you can explore the mangroves and coastline and find your own private place or explore in the Jeep Wrangler with a soft top, inquire within.

ADD ON THE GUEST COTTAGE:
There is a Studio Guest Cottage on the property at an additional rate see VRBO # 272070 for details. Rent the Villa and the Guest Cottage and a discounted rate will be provided on Guest Cottage. The Guest Cottage has a queen bed frame & mattress and a queen sofabed.

If you are getting married and having many guests and need more space, the Guest Cottage could be the answer. It can host a maximum of 4 people in the Guest Cottage.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS 2026/2027: 7 Night Minimum over Christmas OR New Years, 14 Night Minimum if you want to stay for Christmas & New Years.
Dec 20 to Dec 27 , Dec 21 to Dec 28 Dec 22 to Dec 29 so that another family can book 7 nights over New Years being Dec 27 to Jan 3/27 or Dec 28 to Jan 4th, Dec 29 to Jan 5th
