"Staff went above & beyond to help. We had booked Club Deluxe Seaview with Balcony & were given a room on second floor. It was light & airy but it didnt have a private balcony like we had thought - instead it was a terrace that was segmented per room but not very private. We queried this and were offered a room on the 3rd floor. This was much darker and felt smaller. Note - the balcony is only half width & very tiny.
