"Perfectly convenient location, literally just right next to the Phra Khanong BTS station (exit 1). Nice and helpful team of staff and they are all fluent in English. Excellent breakfast (vegan friendly). Nice and comfy bed, clean bath tub, great selection of facilities (gym, pool, spa, sauna, steam room, massage pool, even squash room). I can’t ask for more for the price i paid! Will definitely stay there again for the next visit! Cons: occasional drain flies and small buggy were spotted in the bathroom, but it’s bangkok after all. The building and the facilities overall are not in the newest condition, yet everything is generally well-maintained. And there is no 7-11 nearby. the closest one is 5mins away by walking. Think twice before booking if you are picky about these."

Whom ever he was he needs a raise he was outstanding. The rest of the staff was amazing as well. Clean, accommodating and polite. Will absolutely visit again!"
