A beautiful, fully furnished condo set in lush tropical gardens in a multiple award-winning community, T77 by Sansiri developers.
My property is in a secluded, fully secure area beside a lovely khlong(river) and walking distance to On Nut BTS Station.
Habito mall is right downstairs with plenty of restaurants, shops, coffee houses and a large 7-11 supermarket plus so much more!
A lovely infinity swimming pool and gym facilities are also inside the building, on the 5th floor.

Beautiful gardens and greenery all around, bicycling paths, cheap Thai and international restaurants, massage shop, supermarket. Voted as "One of Bangkok's best gated communities"!
Swimming pool,gym plus laundry room in lobby, Organic farm within the community.
Upon checkout, please return keys to the Admin office in the lobby.
Check in time is at 14:00, can do earlier if available.
Please note maximum electric bill included per month is Thb-800\. Therefore kindly switch off lights and air-con when going outside.

God lejlighed for en person.Værten var supervenlig, og var så godt at ikke opkræve ekstragebyrer for EL (forbruget var lidt højere end 800 Baht, der er inkluderet.Lejligheden var ren, og bygningens vedligeholdelse var rigtigt flot.Det eneste lille ulempe var, at det var ret langt at gå til den nærmeste BTS (ca. 20 minutter).
