Delightfully peaceful spot, spectacular views from the garden. Very comfortable space, well organised, immaculately clean, and a great mattress for my bad back! 10 mins walk through a wood to the beach. Another time I'd leave the car hire, bring my ebike instead, and walk to the local village for provisions.

Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works. Helen even asked me what milk we drink and made sure there was a pint of semi skimmed in the fridge on arrival.. Thanks Helen. The bed and the sofa were...

The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming.

This was a little gem, great location for train station and St Ives town. The accommodation was perfect for two people, well presented,very clean, well equipped and comfortable. I would not hesitate to book again.

Property was well laid out had everything you needed. Good location for Town with off road parking.

Lovely welcome to an amazing cottage. Perfect location for my purposes. Quiet with a lovely garden to look around. Could not fault my stay here.

Was little disappointed about shower water keep coming outside underneath glass, it would be ideal if you keep the sofa a little bit clean, there was only 1 toilet roll also cloth airer was hidden underneath bed we noticed that day we are leaving the property.

We have used properties on this site for many years. It is a perfect place from which to explore the surrounding area.

Lovely little cottage in a peaceful spot. Good roads within easy reach to the rest of amazing Cornwall.

Everything you could need for independent accommodation. Very well equipped kitchen and dining space with comfortable lounge area. Bedrooms and bathroom are a good size and are clean and tidy. The facility of the hot tub is amazing. Also only a 15min drive from Falmouth seafront. Overall, very well worth a stay here.

Quiet, well-equipped, comfortable and in a good location with lovely beaches and places to visit all a short car ride away.

Lovely property. Very central. Large space. Would use again. Having to strip and bag all the linen when leaving by 10am was the only negative
