"Philippe was incredibly helpful on arrival and the house was just as described with everything you could possibly need. We particularly enjoyed the balconies. The village has a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants - we sampled many of them and we found every meal to be excellent. The coastline is beautiful and we wish that we’d had more time to explore. We hope to return again soon to see more."

"Superbe semaine passée au Cluses. Tout était bien dans la maison, Si nous devions faire juste un reproche est sur l accès à la piscine il n y a que trois marches pour descendre dans la piscine de 1, 55 m de profondeur. Ce qui est gênant pour les enfants et pour les personnes âgées. Hormis ce point tout était génial. Jean-Luc"

"Having really enjoyed a week's stay last year, it was great to extend that to a fortnight in 2023. Superbly appointed property with a terrace that commands one of the best views in France. Perfect again in every way and I hope to return again in 2024. Ayant vraiment apprécié le séjour d'une semaine l'année dernière, c'était formidable de prolonger cela à quinze jours en 2023. "Le logement est charmant et les pieces sont spacieuses. Il est très bien placé et facile pour se garer. La proprietaire est disponible et très sympathique. Ainsi que sa voisine avec qui j'ai échangé les clefs. En revanche, je déconseille avec des petits en bas âges car il y a beaucoup d'escaliers et les sanitaires se trouvent au rez de chaussé alors que les chambres sont au second (ou 1er pour le canapé convertible). Idéal pour groupe d'amis ou famille avec enfants autonomes."

"We spent a very long weekend (5 nights) in Port Vendres. The property has all necessary facilities, however it is quite tired and would benefit from a deep clean and re-decoration. Also, it is a pitty there is no view of the sea from the house, however a few seconds walk and the stunning views across to the jetty are all exposed. The house benefits from being a little out of the way with no passing traffic (pedestrian or car) hence very tranquil. The house is well placed for many stunning walks...

Auf das Auto kann man durchaus verzichten, aber nur, wenn man einen reinen Badstrandurlaub verbringen möchte. Wunderschöne Nachbarorte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. "Beautiful building with a gorgeous flowering almond tree on the front terrace. The sound of the Tech river from my balcony is magic. Excellent bed and linens. The breakfast is good (11 Euros) but the tea and coffee are awful due to the chlorinated water. "Ambient music" in the reception area, bar and dining room is annoying noise. Very friendly service."

I had requested a room on a high floor to get away from the noise of the street but was only given the third floor which was disappointing but it was ok. "

"Very beautiful place with big rooms and a lot of space to relax. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices of meats, cheeses, yogurts, veggies, fruits, eggs and other staff. Availability of parking made our lives much easier. The center and all attractions are on walking distance. "
