Location is excellent - lots of food and supermarket options, very close to a metro. Washing machine (no drier) really welcome. Air conn worked very well. We had a balcony, which was a nice touch.
Bed was a bit soft, and the bedroom was tight. Very good kitchen facilities. Would recommend!

The location is great, you step out of the hotel and you are in Castle Square looking at the Royal Castle. The room was clean, good shower with plenty of hot water. I was on the third floor room 33 which had a great view of Castle Square. If you have a room facing the square make sure you bring earplugs because the street noise and bands playing music can be extremely loud. There is no elevator so just stairs to think of if that’s an issue. I was okay with it. There was no safe in my room or air conditioning. I had their breakfast the first morning,it was good but I thought overpriced and only attended once. They claim to have a 24 hour front desk but most of the time nobody is there. The morning that I departed I had to pay for my one breakfast but nobody was at the front desk at about 3:00 and 3:30 am. I did ring the bell. I had to pay for it later which created a bit of a problem.
