Warsaw Hotel Guide - Romantic Hotels in Warsaw, Poland

The hotel has a good central location, and our room was spacious, quiet, and recently renovated. Front desk staff was helpful. Despite projecting a luxurious air, the rooms have several deficiencies, especially given that the hotel has a 4-star rating. First of all, they had a notice in the room that they have removed all the room safes and are rethinking the policy. Bad move. I had counted on having a safe, considering that I was paying $200/night. Also, management seems to be cheap on several fronts.The hotel seems to have no double rooms, only rooms with twin beds. No desk clock in the room. The bathroom amenities were meager: no washcloths and only shower gel from a squirt bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. I get many of these amenities at 3-star places, so what is this 4-star management thinking?

The hotel lived up to its billing and the outstanding Michelin star level restaurant was an unexpected bonus.

Excellent! Feel really cosy and clean. Great location too. We went out for breakfast as the local cafes around are really good.

Lovely comfortable place in the Centre of town and a step away from everything

I have stayed there a bunch of times previously. This time they upgraded my room for free! I was traveling while sick and had a fever there and they were very helpful. Only a few blocks walk from the central train station with lots of close options for transportation. Tons of restaurants and shops in the area. Fairly close to the old city. I recommend it!

I had an excellent stay. The room was cleaned and comfortable. The hotel location was ideal for exploring the city.

Perfectly located opposite the Palace within the old town precinct. Food options - breakfast, lunch and dinner - are plentiful and the craft beers available are excellent. Provides easy access to the city and environs via a very efficient bus system, also walking to the river and nearby gardens give a much better perspective of Warsaw itself.
