"They have nice accommodations, the rooms were clean, tastefully done, white bed cover, and the hotel food is actually excellent. The bartender Jonay is an amazing bartender and remembered me. She ordered my Jambalaya as I put my things in my room. Location is perfect to amazing restaurants in Houston."

"The breakfast was a nice addition. Always with scrambled eggs, meats either bacon or sausage and potatoes for the hot offerings and cold like pancakes, bagels, hot oatmeal, cereal, then for drinks coffee, tea, juices. Really a nice array of choices for the prize. Will stay again."

"Hotel staff were superior! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, and getting my luggage up to my room was hands free thanks to the staff. Rooftop was wonderful!! Parking was easy and close, also in a great location of Downtown Chicago"

"The room was ok the showerhead was turned out so that when you turned it on the water went straight to my face plus there was no cold water only very hot water called front desk they sent mantainence up to fix but then we had only cold water. Breakfast was good but bacon not cooked correctly. Parking attendants were awesome very nice as well as the front desk "
