This hotel represents the jewel among thorns as it seems to be the only place that is standardized and attractive in Cazenovia . The staff is not the most friendly, I was in my room at 10:30am and the cleaning personal knocked on my door and asked if I needed anything. I said not at this time but to clean the room after an hour when I was heading out. My room was not cleaned that day."
