"A last minute reservation, in order to avoid a snowstorm. Very pleased to stay here. Clean! Comfortable beds! The only drawback was that we could hear the water in the pipes next door when the next door guests took showers (the insulation in the walls, when the place was built was not done well). Everything else was great- especially Pet Friendly! "

"This is a beautiful historic hotel, the suite was very spacious and the bed and pillows comfortable. The restaurant was grandioso, prices reasonable and the food authentic and delicious! We even got a tour of the ballrooms and the views from the top floors. Great stay, highly recommend it"

"We absolutely loved our 3-day getaway! We never left the resort. Food from their different restaurants turned out superb, both spas were excellent, and the entertainment was top-notch. Lots of great spots to choose from. We stayed in the Tower and did a couples massage at Skana. Luxuriously delicious. I went for a facial at the day soa and left there feeling radiant. We also had a wonderful dinner at their rooftop steakhouse. To sum it up, loved our stay!"
