Pros: the layout of this house plus the location was perfect for our Cooperstown ASV week. It’s a beautiful house with some great upgrades. The huge deck and backyard made for a great team bbq.Cons: I’d say the only real con was the AC didn’t work great upstairs, so on the really hot days the temp difference between down and up was pretty rough.On the whole - we all had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely recommend this house for future CASV families and any others wanting to visit the area.
