"My gf and I love it her but unfortunately the tv in the room wasn’t really working well at all. Kept freezing. Also had burn damage which didn’t seem right to me seeming as in it’s such a beautiful hotel. It probably would only cost $200 or less to replace the tv. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay as usual/ and will definitely come back as usual!"

"Very nice, historical inn- fantastic staff- pleasant and helpful. Rooms are fresh and clean, bar and restaurant very convenient…. And plenty of walkable options. Free parking is a bonus. My only negative is the artwork chosen to place bedside. It’s … well, minimally filled with angst. Please consider more harmonious decorations for the wary travelers. Otherwise, top notch!"

"This time both guest service agents I dealt with offered good customer service the young girl who checked me in and helped me deal with my card issues while changing rooms. Also the girl who offered me vouchers in order for me to enjoy the stay with my nieces. The pool was great for my nieces, The property itself is always spacious and enjoyable as it always is. "

"We checked in very late due to flight delays, and even at 3.30 am, the receptionist made us feel very welcoming, and went out of his way to make us comfortable, with water right away and walked us to the elevator. Our breakfact was awesome, the lady at the omlet bar was very accomodating, and kept reminding me to serve myself some warm syrup for the pancakes she made hot toorder! A very caring staff all around."
