"El lugar es hermoso, con mucho estilo y muy cómodo. Desde antes de llegar el staff fue súper amigable, y comunicando todo el proceso de check in de manera súper clara. La cama (habitación 302) súper cómoda y todo excelente, la única recomendación sería tener de manera visible el azúcar o endulzante junto a las cápsulas de café. Un lugar único que recomendaríamos sin duda a todo el que quiere estar en Santiago centro en un lugar de primera calidad, además con una cafetería de especialidad justo abajo."

"Super clean , everything was shining! The toilet had bidet which was so modern that you felt like you are controlling an airplane! The toilet was warm and pleasant! The pressure of water was high. Location is perfect . Negative point was the view from window that opened to neighboring buildings which were very ugly but not hotel’s fault. The reception staff tried to charge me $120 dollars for 4 hours early check in but finally they agreed to let me check in early for $ 35 The breakfast was more cooked to order rather than buffet ."
