We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Vivid. The room was great, fantastic service from all staff and the pool area were great with a good variety of places. Food was excellent! The only thing we would like to point out is the ambience at the indoor restaurants. This was not cozy and way too noisy. Some sound reduction would be good to put up to bring the sound down. With the extremely hard walls, it was almost impossible to have a conversation inside. This made us choose the out-door restaurants (Pelican and also the ouside are in the Asian restaurant). However, this limited the over-all really great food. We didn’t try any of the morning activities such as yoga but they do have a daily schedule😁 Food was amazing, really great options, alcoholic drinks were great . We didn’t try all the restaurants but buffet had plenty of choices for us. Gym is big enough for your daily workouts. I want to stay again next time!" No there is no beach so that was known going in. Not an issue for us. Plenty of room around the pool and never a long line at the bars. Staff super nice and helpful. Pool was chilly but it was 60 at night over new years so expected. Still got in for volleyball and foam party. Steak place was not great but Italian place was good. Buffet was good. Outdoor lunch buffets were good. Daytime taco bar was good. Pretty quiet at night unless you go to the Landshark bar. Cool bands there and singing. Then dance music. Fun Mexican dancing show one night. Overall just a good time, clean, new resort. Felt it was a good deal for the stay."
