"I reserved a Jr suite and was old looking and bathroom walls had stains and mold. The wall electrical plugs and a/c were not working. I upgraded my room and had to check out the next day to check in again to the new room. I had to wait until 3:00pm to be able to go back to my room. There was no exception even though I was there since the day before. The staff member whom I checked out and checked in wasn’t helpful at all. I explain everything that was wrong with the room and didn’t care nor apologized for the inconvenience on behalf of Riu. It was so hot and my family was so tired and they didn’t care. The new room the a/c was working so as the electrical plugs, but bathroom walls were stained and moldy. This is the 4th time I stay at Riu Palace and was very satisfied, but this time I was disappointed with how poorly showers are clean and front counter staff attention, help, and support to customers. I think is time for my family to stay at a different hotel next time we visit Cabo."
