"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. "By the time I got to my room , around 7:40 pm , I didn’t receive the email with the password for my room so I went to the front desk for help , the guy he wasn’t a front desk agent he was a security guy who barely knew what he was doing , not his fault though , but I couldn’t get to my room till 8:30 ish which is not possible as check in time is before that , door should have been accesible since check in time not after that . "

"Everything was great. I do have a comment regarding the Mantamar Beach club...the music is waaaaay to loud. Mantamar beach club is not really a relaxing place at the beach AT ALL. You can't have a good conversation, you can't take a relaxed nap by the ocean, there is not a moment of just... quiet...r-e-l-a-x-a-t-i-o-n. The LGBTQ community is not always about a loud party. "
