Vittorio Emanuele Street House is a bright, 120-square-meter apartment with 4 balconies, 3 of which offer ocean views, 50 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the Duomo. It is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a historic building in the heart of Cefalù, across from the Medieval Washhouse, just a short walk from the stunning Porta Pescara and the beach. It was renovated in 2019 and is perfectly suited to the needs of any traveler looking for a refined and comfortable setting.

The Space

The apartment is furnished with antique Sicilian-style furniture and features resin floors decorated with original cement tiles.It consists of an entryway, two spacious bedrooms with balconies, two bathrooms with showers and bidets, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry room, and a living/dining room with a balcony.
It faces two streets at a corner, and from the balconies you can enjoy views of both the sea and the mountains. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and super-fast Wi-Fi—perfect for remote work!

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire apartment, with the exception of a small private storage closet.

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), where you cannot drive your own car but may take a taxi if needed.
Since the area is well-served with everything you’ll need during your stay, I recommend using your car only for trips outside the city and then parking it outside the historic center.

The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator.


Beach umbrellas are provided free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided free of charge. Bed linens are changed weekly, and shower, hand, and bidet towels are included in the rate.
Upon check-out, guests may leave their luggage in storage free of charge.

Babysitting service available upon request for a fee.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present your identification and pay a mandatory tourist tax of 2€ per person per night in cash.
