The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and surprisingly quite large. Having the beach right across the street is great bonus and access to the beach club made the stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast is wonderful. The property is quiet since it is at the far end of the touristy area. Short walk to train station and grocery store. AC works. Staff is helpful. The price is somewhat on the high end
This is a small property without any thrills, but very well located. You are a pleasant stroll away from all the restaurants and historic center. Right across the street perfect Chefalu beach. The beach chairs and the umbrellas are free for hotel guests. There is bar and restaurant at the same Lido, so you do not need to go anywhere to get your food and drinks. At night it was quiet, because the hotel is away from the main part of the boardwalk. Breakfast is simple, Italian style - lots of homebased sweets, but some cheese, meat and yogurt, as well. You will have to pay $3 for each beach towel, pick them up at the reception. We stayed at the sea view suit with really large terrace, it offered plenty of space and amenities. The lights are terrible though, very bright, but that's a personal choice. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Close walkig distance to town. Across the street from the beach. Great breakfast. Rooms are dated but very large and clean. We had a pleasant stay and the hotel staff were very friendly. Would stay there again. Loved having a larger room.
Perfect for our needs and super convenient location! Staff is super friendly and helpful!

. The staff were helpful and did their best to manage multiple tasks. The beach is within walking distance, and the hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas for free, which was a nice benefit.
However, the rooms and some areas of the hotel need updating, especially considering that this is a four-star hotel. The daily rate is not inexpensive, so I feel the hotel should invest more in renovations and upgrades to better meet four-star standards. Overall, the location and beach access are great, but the hotel could use some improvements.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Location was the best! Walking distance to everything! Access to pool and beach clubs was a very nice bonus surprise
The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with a variety of different foods to choose from.
My only complaint I have is the uncomfortable bed, the mattress is extremely hard.
I will definitely recommend staying here.
Friebdly staff, the lady on reception was very nove abd helpful, she also did the breakfasts service, breakfast had good options for being included. The sunloungers being included at nearvy beach area was really good. Location nice and room was tidy
I really loved staying here. Sarah at the front desk was so kind and helpful and the location was amazing. The room was large and super clean. The free lido across the street was fabulous. My only negative was that on Friday night the club nearby was so loud that even with all the windows shut, I could not sleep until they shut down which was past 1 in the morning.
Very nice family run hotel in a great location. Close for walking to old town in 15 minutes. We had a large room with private balcony and partial ocean view. Easy to park in their large lot. You get free beach chairs and towels included at a very nice beach across the street and use of the swimming pool at a neighboring hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with all sorts of options including three kinds of eggs, cereals, yogurts, cheeses, meats, juices, croissants, etc, etc
A great place for us.

Great location. Air conditioning in our room wasn’t working well and the coolest the room got was 82F. Website advertises pool but we didn’t see one and when asked staff said it was closed.
I want to point out: there are no swimming pool nor hot tub. It was important for me. On another hand, the location is perfect. Short walk from the train station. Mostly, flat. Big grocery store within 600 metras. You can have your breakfast on a terrace, looking on a blue water of the sea. Breakfast very fulfilling.

Loud music in the bar opposite. The staff at the hotel were great as is the hotel. However, if you want to sleep before 2 am, forget it. So annoyed with this and the incessant drum beat club music that penetrates the hotel room that we were in. Wont be going baçk. There is no pool in the hotel although there is free access to a Lido 100 metres away.
