A comfortable three-room apartment consisting of a double-height living room, a bedroom on the loft with a double bed and a private bathroom, and a second bedroom with a bunk bed. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults (+ an additional 2 children or teens who can sleep on an extra sofa bed located on the loft), thanks in part to a second private bathroom equipped with a shower. The apartment is located on the second floor and features a private balcony from which you can enjoy a view of the pool and the entire ocean horizon.<br>The approximately 60-square-meter apartment consists of a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower; a bedroom with a double bed on the large loft, which also features a bathroom with a shower and an additional sofa that can be converted into a bed for two children or teenagers if needed; and a sofa bed in the kitchen-living area. It also features two terraces: a spacious one facing the sea, where you can have lunch or dinner with views of the pool and sea and enjoy spectacular sunsets, and a more secluded one facing the hills, where you can relax and unwind with views of the greenery. The apartment is part of a residential complex located 1.5 km from the town centre and is equipped with all the comforts and all the necessary indoor and outdoor furnishings. From the residence, you can easily walk to the nearby supermarket or the nearby Hotel Santa Lucia, an exclusive destination offering a variety of services (a bar, a pastry shop with all the typical Sicilian products, a self-service restaurant, and a piano bar with an exclusive view of Cefalù) and where you’ll find the public path leading down to the beach along Cefalù’s waterfront.<br><br>The residence is just 500 metres from the sea (as the crow flies), the final stretch of which features a gently sloping cobblestone path, entirely surrounded by Sicilian nature. The Sicilian sea is the Mediterranean Sea, a nurturing and bountiful natural pool: the temperature is absolutely pleasant, ranging from 21°C at the start of the summer season to 24°C. The Cefalù coastline offers access via the cliffs and rocks for nature lovers, or the famous sandy beach, ideal for families.<br><br>The Residence features a swimming pool located directly in front of the main building, centrally situated relative to all the apartments. Access to the pool is permitted for guests of the Residence, subject to the rules and to be shared with other guests of the property. The lounge chairs and sunbeds, even when positioned by the pool, are designated for the exclusive use of each individual apartment.<br><br>The pool is open and available for use from May 1 through October 31.<br>The pool can be a great alternative to the beach for cooling off during a day spent sunbathing under the Sicilian sun. Access is free and shared exclusively with other guests of the property.
