Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Did not have access to elevator and room was on the 24th floor. Informed host who never responded. Also, we were told that we were not allowed to even sit by the pool. Hot water wasn’t hot. No service for room either. Not in the best area of town.
