"The shower head was broken so we had to use a bucket and pot to wash. It was hard to get a taxi so we had to walk to the mall to shop and eat, so I wouldn’t recommend unless you have a car."

"Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...

"Location was good, straight of the bat when i arrived que out the door for elevators as they have 4 elevators.. 1 is service one. 2 working and 1 was just not working.. all elevators need to be working for a 50 storey building. 2) pool area is nice but only 1 sun lounge needs 3) room where clean and cosy 4) front desk staff was average due to being non filipino. "

"First, they move us to the other room because they fail to really check the ID of whoever checked in to our room and the reservation name , then we enter the room and it smells bad. Second, the shower is facing the wall. We have to hold it to shower..."
