"I really enjoyed my stay at this extraordinarily good-value, squeaky-clean, well-located hotel. I was in Norwich for work (I'm an actor appearing in a show there) and I booked a single room with breakfast. I called the hotel to explain that I would have to pick up my keys early, and the very helpful Hamid on reception said that was fine. When I got to the hotel about 2 hours before the usual check in time, Hamid had a lovely room ready for me- a triple! Not the single I had booked. Spacious, nice bathroom, biscuits etc. The continental breakfast too was definitely a cut above the rest for the very reasonable price. I will stay again if I'm in Norwich, and have recommended to others."

"The apartment is well equipped and the terrace a bonus with a sea view. Amazing for star gazing. Unfortunately was foggy and too cold to sit outside for long periods of time during our stay but ideal for summer evening drinks. Also it is right next to a light house so it will interfere with star gazing activities. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but the room was spacious and clean. Not a lot of channel choices for the TV. Also can't comment on the resort facilities as didn't use them. The onsite restaurant don't take food orders after 20:30. Staff were excellent, food was okay. My only complaint was the drains seemed to be a bit slow so whilst showering the water would cover your feet."

"We enjoyed an excellent 1 night stay in a spacious Manor room with 4 poster bed, with a lovely view overlooking the terrace and golf course. Hotel is clean and comfortable, and staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you also for the 'Happy birthday' message and chocolate treats in the room. There is plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet, and the food is really good. The only slight niggle is that the hot food was not piping hot. The terrace is a lovely place for a drink, and there are local walks to enjoy. Hotel is also convenient for the city center. We had a fabulous stay and look forward to visiting again."

"Great view of the boats on the broad which the hotel is right beside. Great welcome, clean and comfortable bedroom and huge bathroom with a lovely shower. I ate in the restaurant two evenings and the food was excellent. Breakfast lots of choice of hot and cold selection, hot food freshly prepared to order. Would stay here again everyone was very friendly. Very good value for money. "
