"This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. "Lovely is house but that’s where the positive feedback stops. Lots of mess in garage. Smoke buds left around the yard. Older food left in the fridge and freezer. No Teas or sugars, salts or pepper it was all extremely basic compared to a lot of places we have stayed at. No remote to upstairs TV. mess under beds. Watered down shampoo and body wash and laundry liquid. No children’s plates or cups. Only 1 of the gas stove burners worked. Hand towels were not washed before we arrived. 2 rolls of...

"The host was incredible, and the place itself was beautiful. The neighbours upstairs weren't the most considerate, but we think they may have been in transit moving in/out, as there was an inspection whilst we were there too."
