Excellent comfortable room, very good amenities. We booked a ground floor as my wife has a dodgy hip but our Room 4 was accessed over about 10m of deep loose gravel and down 2 or 3 steps then up 2 or 3 steps. Heavy going, with no staff to help moving suitcases. Room 2 would have been much, much, easier. Maybe some hints on the website regarding accessibility would help. Also, continuously barking dpgs in one of the properties outside our door were a very real annoyance, and meant we had to keep...

Beautifully decorated and furnished lodge in lovely country setting. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of wildlife about - even spotted a wombat. Really enjoyed our stay despite the weather which wasn’t great! And the food at the 3 blue ducks was delicious.

A beautifully renovated and converted period property. Our room looks out on a lovely courtyard. Breakfast granola, yoghurt and milk thoughtfully left in the fridge. so much nicer than a motor inn.

Prior to arriving the owner was so helpful, letting us know how we’d get in when arriving late. And arrive late we did!! Early hours in the morning we sneaked in, had no trouble accessing our key and getting into our room where we fell asleep almost immediately in the super comfortable bed.
In the morning, after a super powerful shower, and finding nowhere in town for breakfast, we returned to the motel where they fired up the kitchen, and cooked us a delicious breakfast, to make sure we...
