Natural light moves through the living area and out to the front yard, keeping the ground floor open and settled. Upstairs, the bedrooms and private balcony offer a quiet retreat away from the activity below.

The Neighborhood:
Set amidst the banks of the Murrumbidgee River, Wagga Wagga stands as a refined testament to regional Australia's inherent allure, encapsulating an intriguing blend of tradition and progress. Wagga emerges as a paragon of duality, where a rich tapestry of narratives and heritage-listed structures converges with the contemporary vibrancy of world-class museums and galleries. The epicurean landscape is nothing short of innovative, where culinary creativity takes centre stage.

Great location very close to everthing you need. Only gripe was it was a little noisy with traffic at night, although we come from a very quiet street, and some dishes were dirty when got them out ofvthe cupboard.
A very nice, spacious and clean duplex which was Pet friendly. A perfect location, close to all amenities and Shops. We would be happy to stay there again and happily recommend it to other travellers. Thank you to the host.
What a fantastic house so close to the main Centre of town with easy access to cafes, restaurants and shops. The Parkham is beautifully decorated, very clean and inviting. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay, with off street parking, plenty of room, and modern appliances, the Parkham is your home away from home. If visiting Wagga Wagga, dont look past it, very highly recommended.
