Mr Lawrence (180m) and meccanico (240m) are close by for coffee, and the Riverina Hotel (140m) is just around the corner for dinner. Sturt Mall (4 min) and Wagga Wagga Marketplace (5 min) cover everyday shopping, including Woolworths, Coles, Big W, Kmart, Cotton On, JB Hi-Fi and Platypus Shoes. Great spot

Great location very close to everthing you need. Only gripe was it was a little noisy with traffic at night, although we come from a very quiet street, and some dishes were dirty when got them out ofvthe cupboard.

What a fantastic house so close to the main Centre of town with easy access to cafes, restaurants and shops. The Parkham is beautifully decorated, very clean and inviting. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay, with off street parking, plenty of room, and modern appliances, the Parkham is your home away from home. If visiting Wagga Wagga, dont look past it, very highly recommended.
