1 double bedroom. 1 closed cabin with 2 bunk beds. 1 living room with fitted kitchen. 1 balcony. 1 parking space. Shared swimming pool accessible during school holidays in July and August.

The flat is 200m from the Théâtre de la Nature (tennis, table tennis, bowling green, children's playground, skate park, city stadium, snack bar in season), 10mn walk from the Lys cable car and the town centre. Free shuttle buses (CityCab) are available at the foot of the residence during school holidays and winter weekends.





The beds have duvets and pillows. Sheets and towels are not included in the rental price, but are available on request.

Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy on your departure, take out your rubbish and think about selective sorting.

Nice small house in a small appartment complex. The shared heated swimming pool provides extra comfort after a nice hike. The town is downhill, so climbing back takes some effort.
