"We had a great bleisure stay at the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent and clean swim/sauna/steam facilities and not crowded. Breakfasts and evening meal were superb. Will definitely stay again soon."

"People gathering outside the front door smoking wasn’t welcome we expected from Novotel . Food prices are unnecessarily expensive including a simple water bottle . Can’t get any food item delivered . Property is busy and feels like motel rather the Novotel I used really enjoy . "

"A fair few issues with the room - especially noise. There was a regular clicking noise in the bathroom that could be heard from the bed. The automatic doors made a sliding noise that could be heard from the bed. If I wasn't so tired, and arriving so late, I would have left. Carpet covered in marks. Walls have painting chipping. Couldn't tell if it was a mural or a painting above the bed. Shower head is broken - directing most of water at the wall. Aircon was broken. Didn't work at all. So no air in the room. Late check out though, so, you know - not hell"
