"Lovely time and a quiet comfortable stay. The decor is very inviting for relaxation and taking a break. The screened in porch was our favorite spot in the house and the AC is phenomenal (we have n in-air conditioned house on the beach). Everything was neat and tidy and in good repair. We now call it “Home-Sweet-Hampstead.” Great location to check out the local offerings both on Topsail Island and in neighboring locales. Host was accommodating, kind and a clear communicator. Highly recommend."

"The house was excellent! The kitchen on the 3rd floor is amazing, and being on the canal proved to be the best part of our booking. Sunday to Sunday was great, and early check in was much appreciated. The kids fished and swam every day. No complaints, would highly recommend!"

"Our family had an amazing stay, and we couldn’t have been happier with this rental! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, organized, and well-maintained everything was. It was obvious that the hosts put a great deal of thought into making sure guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate during our trip, and it rained for most of our vacation. Because of that, we ended up spending much more time inside the house than we originally planned. Thankfully, this home made being “stuck inside” enjoyable. It was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed to relax.One of the things that really stood out was the amazing selection of games and activities. There was truly something for everyone—adults, children, and everyone in between. It made family time so much fun, and our son especially loved having so many options to keep him entertained.Everything in the home was easy to find, thoughtfully organized, and very accessible. The property was exactly as described, and we genuinely felt at home throughout our stay.We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, family-friendly place to stay. Even with days of rain, we still had a wonderful vacation because of how accommodating and comfortable this home was. We would absolutely stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars!"

The location was absolutely perfect—close to beautiful beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and every amenity we could have needed, making it incredibly convenient for our trip.From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and well-maintained the home was. Everything was thoughtfully labeled and organized, which made settling in effortless. Knowing we were staying in such a clean, safe, and well-cared-for space gave us complete peace of mind throughout our vacation.The house truly felt like a home away from home. It was warm, cozy, and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for quality family time. "We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped (cutting boards, knives, large selection of pot and pans) for all our cooking needs. The front and back decks were great for relaxing- our dogs enjoyed them too. I really appreciated the gates that prevented the dogs from wandering off. We did need to call for maintenance for the lock on the back door. They were quick to respond and although the very pleasant repair man needed to order a part he left us with a way to secure the door. Our only disappointment was that there was no grill. If you want a quiet relaxing beach vacation this is a great spot!"
