"Very clean. Spacious room. Nice sitting area, rental chairs, and decent pool. Friendly staff. A washer and dryer for guests with washing pods - all free. Only downside is no ironing board or iron. But how often are you going to need those at the beach? Highly recommend this place."

"This property met and exceeded our expectations. We COULD have used more than one bath towel for the two of us, and washcloths would have been nice, but since I always overpack it was not a problem. We really thought we had found our repeat rental and were devastated to hear the future plans for this property. This is a unique small rental that is perfect for a couple that is looking for a quiet restful vacation away from it all. We plan to return for several days in the fall before demolition and new construction ruins it."

"Excellent stay. Room was clean and spacious. Check in was seamless. Very short walk to the beach. Great views from the windows. Only negative is the walls are pretty thin. It wasn’t much of an issue for me because there were only a few people there, probably due to the weather. However, I could hear the neighbors conversations and TV pretty clearly the first night. And they weren’t being “loud.” Just think walls. But overall it was a great stay. Would stay again."

"This was a perfect spot for a great beach experience. Steps away from the beach but not directly on the beach. It was very windy on the beach and sand blew a lot. Walking distance to all the activities on Topsail Island, parking was at your door step. If my younger grands were there they would have enjoyed the play ground in the back yard. My pups enjoyed the space as well as we did! I communicated with someone via text but I'm not sure if it was my host but it was great communication and follow up. This was my first experience with renting personal property and it went very well, nicely kept and decorated and supplied with everything we needed for comfort. I would definitely rent this place again. They also have other properties and I would not hesitate to do business with this same renter. Thanks for a great first time experience."

"Everything was fantastic! Only complaint I had was the hot water upstairs didn’t last long at all but that’s an easy fix which I’m sure will be promptly taken care of."
