"This was our second time staying at the VRBO. It is well equipped in the kitchen and for beach activities with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, which we loved and made good use of. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. We loved the porch overlooking the beach, which has a lot of seating and spent a lot of time out there. It's so convenient to a gorgeous beach, right across the street. The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive to communication. All in all, a wonderful beach rental!"

"Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house is very convenient to the beach. It’s just a short walk to the beach access and the beach itself was beautiful and not very populated. The house was clean, updated, and worked really well for us and our 3 yr old daughter. Jeff was highly communicative and great to work with during our stay. He was really friendly and had some great recommendations for places to go on the island. We’re looking forward to another stay next summer!"

"Beautiful property directly on the beach! The photos don't do it justice, it's even better in person! Parking was super easy with the garage. We only needed it for two cars, but it would've fit four. The back patio is an absolute dream. You can sit on the rocking chairs, watching the waves roll in all day long. If you go out at night, you have an excellent view of the stars since the locals are so good about using minimal light because of the turtles. There were a few things that needed fixing that we noticed upon check-in, but I messaged the host and everything was fixed by the world's friendliest handyman within 24 hours! We had a great stay and absolutely fell in love with Surf City! Thank you, Nikki for making my son's first vacation a wonderful one! He might not remember it, but we have the most amazing pictures of him thanks to your beautiful beach house!"
