This generous two‑storey cottage in Liana sits just 500 m from the medieval town centre and accommodates up to ten guests. The ground floor welcomes you with a hallway featuring a DVD player, a living room with sofa‑bed, satellite TV and a fireplace, plus a separate dining room with CD player. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a six‑ring cooker, grill oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge‑freezer and radio. You’ll also find two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bidet, and a pantry with washing machine. Upstairs, a second living room with TV leads to three more bedrooms, two additional bathrooms and a quiet study, ideal for work or relaxation. Central heating and free Wi‑Fi ensure cosy comfort, and pets are welcome.

The private, fenced garden offers a true countryside retreat with furniture, barbecue, ping‑pong table, bicycles, parking and even a child’s bed. Multiple indoor living areas, entertainment options (DVDs, music, games), and fireplaces create the perfect balance of shared space and peaceful nooks.

Nestled in Castiglione di Garfagnana, famed for its intact medieval walls, fortress towers and historic churches such as San Pietro and San Michele, the cottage is ideal for heritage walks. Outdoor lovers will enjoy scenic trails through chestnut forests, visits to the Sanctuary of San Pellegrino in Alpe perched high in the Apennines, or exploring the nearby Parco dell’Orecchiella with its rich wildlife. Das Haus war wirklich fantastisch, aber die Matratzen sind wirklich schlecht, wenn sie in allen Zimmern ausgetauscht würden und auch eine Klimaanlage im Haus einbauen würde, dann wäre es großartig, denn in den Schlafzimmern war es wirklich sehr warm. Auch wenn ich jede Nacht nicht gut geschlafen habe, hatten wir viel Spaß.
