"The Hotel is beautiful and located away from the crowded and noisy streets. It is a 10 minute walk from Realto Bridge! The location was actually perfect for all of the sites, including St. Mark's and Doge Castle. The staff, especially the women who worked the breakfast every morning, were so wonderful! The breakfast included a favorite cappuccino every morning and a lovely selection of eggs, bacon, meats, fruits, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, etc. It was a lovely six night stay and we would recommend it for those who enjoy walking and prefer staying away from the crowds. "

"A great find, small, well-kept, well located hotel! Everything is outside your door, shops, restaurants, even a gondola! Easy walk to Saint Mark Square, and other attractions, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a large selection and incredibly good coffee. Very unique floor plans and stair cases. Keys were unique, the ring was solid copper and weighed a ton, great location. "

"Gem of a hotel in the middle of Venice, near Saint Mark’s. 5-10 minute walk from the ferry, but for a family of 4, the water taxi was a much better experience and value, the hotel has a private dock. Take them up on the free transfer to Murano island, it will save you $$ and is a must see in Venice. Just know that you have to get yourself back (9 euro per person on the ferry) We had an upgraded suite with a canal view and can’t say enough about the room and furnishings. Lots of space, seats and area to spread out (not typical in Europe, especially Venice). The bathroom was large by European standards and very well equipped, including a towel warmer! Typical euro shower with no enclosure and a shower wand with a tub. Lots of amenities in the bathroom and a big sink with mirror. Built in hairdryer and US plug to top it off. Friendly warning, no AC, we didn’t need it in March, but it would be hot in summer. The front desk Manager made our stay! I don’t remember his name, but he was incredibly gracious and helpful, made us feel at home and made great recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again. "
