"This is a small boutique hotel/b&b. It is right in the old town area so easy walk to restaurants, bars, and port. Breakfast is European so Americans don't expect eggs and waffles. Staff is excellent. On second floor (European first) so use elevator (once your figure out how to work it). Simply put, we would stay there again. "

"A good location right on the edge of the old town. Easy transport to and from the airport using the shuttle. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You are also close to the marina and plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and had an up to date bathroom. My bed was comfortable and had a balcony. "We had a large comfortable room. The hotel is an old small hotel without an elevator and the stairs are steep. Silvia was so helpful and responded via messaging very quickly. There was no one at reception except when we met her the first morning. "

"We stayed here for 2 weeks. Was amazing and so close to everything in the Tourist area. Valentina was amazing! She often gave us recommendations on where to go. They also provided transport for different attractions in the area for an additional charge! Overall really recommend for your stay in Palermo "

"The hotel is very convenient for the historic centre of Palermo also an easy walk to Centrale rail station (we went on to Rome by train after our stay). Room was well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was enjoyable but slightly disorganised (had run out of knives at one point on both mornings and plates on one) but the setting, a room clearly part of the old palace with a high arched ceiling, also good coffee individually made, more than made up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful...

"Great ambience with a large medieval entry, and timber ceilings. The room was spacious, with double doors overlooking an authentic narrow old Palermo street, filled with the life of locals living nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for a couple of over 60s was the climb up three flights of stairs - a real gym workout to counter all the pasta and pizzas. "

"This is one of the cases where the pictures must have been taken on the best day. There was a barking dog that made it hard to sleep and I could here dog foot steps on the tiles. The breakfast is decent but the room is noisy as they do the dishes in the room while you eat. "
