On the second floor of a newly renovated building in the heart of the historic center, you'll find your cozy retreat to relax and enjoy your holiday time. Terrazza Marconi combines modern comfort with a Mediterranean atmosphere. There is one double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed. The double bedroom accommodates two adults, while the living area with a fully equipped kitchenette features a sofa bed suitable for up to two children or one teenager. The spacious, bright bathroom offers a large walk-in shower. A high chair and baby cot are available on request.



Open the French doors and let your gaze wander across the blue of the Gulf, visible from both balconies. The elevator takes you up to the building's solarium, suspended above the sea, where sunsets color the Gulf.



Within walking distance you'll find restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and the first small beaches; the nearest cove is 300 meters away, while Cala Campana is 700 meters away. For parking, there are two options: free street parking (not reservable), subject to municipal fees, or a covered parking space, especially recommended during the busy months of July and August. The latter is privately managed and available for an extra fee. Castellammare del Golfo is an ideal base: the Zingaro Nature Reserve is 10 km away, the Tonnara of Scopello 6 km, Segesta 17 km, Erice 36 km, San Vito Lo Capo 40 km, Trapani 45 km, and Palermo about 65 km. Every trip from here becomes an experience.
