La chambre comportait deux espaces de nuit distincts. Elle était propre mais mériterait d’être modernisée (moquette au sol et salle de bain un peu vétuste). De l’eau filtrée ou en bouteille aurait été plus appréciée que de l’eau du robinet dans une carafe.Le petit déjeuner est bon avec des produits variés. Le personnel est sympathique dans l’ensemble. "

"The manager and staff are very friendly, welcoming and so obviously love running a hotel and making guests feel at home. The room is spacious and pristine which must take a ton of effort because parts of the hotel infrastructure are a bit worn down and could do with a renovation. The welcome biscuits were a nice touch although I sadly have a dairy intolerance so could not eat them but the other member of my party sniffled them up. The aircon is a must especially with it being 40C outside. It seemed to be struggling a bit so that may need investment. I loved how the hotel is nestled in the hills and a short walk to La Cite of Carcassone. The swimming pool was very welcome in the long afternoons."
