great for an extended family vacay!

Our extended family of 11 really enjoyed our time here. The bunkrooms were great for the 5 kids and the house was beautifully set up in a great location. Quiet and private, but close to both Highlands and Cashiers for easy dinners out and shopping. We enjoyed the fireplace and our dog had a wonderful time being able to tag along. Thanks so much for a great place to stay over a long weekend!

Great property for a family of 10

Wonderful property! Great open spaces for the family plus private spaces for the adults and upstairs for the kids. Even the teenagers loved it! Great view of the golf course. Responsive hosts.

Fall Get Away with Friends

Beautiful house on the Trillium golf course. Everything was wonderful. Carpet in Master bedroom needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Space and comfort in a great location

The house is fantastic! So much space and high-end comfort. Relaxing and calm. Surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful (golf course). There are a lot of activities and nice places to visit at a short driving distance from the house. The kids loved the many family-friendly hikes de took. We will definitely come back with more friends (the house can easily have 3 families with separate and common areas), in different seasons!

Christmas Getaway

This is a beautiful property (inside and out) with every detail thought of by the owners. We had a lovely Christmas getaway with extended family. This was a gorgeous, neighborhood community with a golf course and Mountain View. The gourmet kitchen had high end appliances and was fully stocked with all items necessary to cook a holiday meal. We needed for nothing. Everything was thought of for comfort as well. This large, but cozy home had plenty of bedrooms for privacy and large common areas for gathering, along with expansive decks and outdoor furniture with ample places to retreat. We all loved the hot tub and fireplaces! Would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving celebration

Great House!

It was the perfect place. We were there for our daughters wedding and needed a place for the family. It was perfect. Great spaces and a cooks kitchen. Definitely have to go back.

The beauty of the mountains with convenience of amenities

We shared this home, and cooked most dinners in, with another family and it was an easy stay. Everyone enjoyed watching the golfers come by, sitting by the fire pit at night, eating together on the outdoor deck’s large table, soaking in the hot tub, and being a 5 minute drive to the lake and water activities. Several rounds of golf were played culminating in the highlight of our week being the gorgeous setting for dinner at the Clubhouse Friday night, one of the best meals we have had. We have been coming to this area for years and really liked Trillium.

Winter visit

This home is beautiful and so well equipped. The owner has made it very easy to find everything you need and has provided all the thoughtful touches to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The setting is lovely. I hightly recommend this home and would definitley return in the future.

Perfect for family vacations with children and grandchildren!

The house is absolutely beautiful, and a comfortable respite for families. We stayed there with our thirty something children, spouse, grandchildren, sister-in-law, and other set of grandparents (8 adults/2 children) and had a ball! There was plenty of room for all. If you are not used to winding roads in the mountains on dark nights, consider eating dinner in. The kitchen is a gourmet’s delight, and the barbecue pit is easy to use. Love the porches, fireplaces, and fire pit (great for s’mores)!

This was a very nice home. Plenty of space, very well stocked. Two porches with views of the golf course. Great location and owners were quick to respond with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible Mountain Getaway

What an incredible property. The pictures online don't do this wonderful house justice. We had a great weekend, and enjoyed everything around Trillium and Cashiers. The owners were great, and helped us arrange a round of golf.

Wedding retreat

This property was perfect for our family wedding. With living space on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, outdoor living areas, we had a great rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception for 20 people. We were able to sleep 14 people at the house and the other 6 live close by, so it was perfect. I highly recommend this property for any family occasion. The owner also was very communicative and so friendly. It was a great experience.

Beautiful home and location.

The only criticism is I’ll fitting king size sheets in master bedroom. Also shower door in upstairs bedroom did not work and was off track. Trillium Guest services was notified.

Sensational Spring Break Solace

We had a marvelous time in this majestic mountain house. The beds and sheets were beyond incredible. All of the amazing amenities at the house made it a dream come true. We loved the huge hot tub, 4 fireplaces, comfortable chairs on the porch and all the exquisite high end furnishings. It was truly a terrific location on the golf course and the views were outstanding. We loved the quaint town of Cashiers and the close surrounding mountain towns. This was an extremely spacious home and all of the guest extras were fabulous. We had plenty of room and loved all the extras including games, toys, puzzles, 2 kitchens, and tv’s in every room. The host was very accommodating, responsive, and friendly! We will absolutely be back..in my mind, I’m going to Carolina was our theme song and this home was the best part of our trip!

The Best of the Best!

We have a large family that gathered for the holiday season and we could not have picked a better home. From the outside (fire pit area and porches) to the spacious living areas upstairs and down and the fully stocked gourmet kitchen - it all far exceeded our expectations. The owners were excellent to work with and if we had questions they were a phone call away. This will definitely be our first choice for future family gatherings. Hal & Debbie

Comfortable Family Vacation Home

This home is perfect for a multi family vacation. We were 10 in total which included 2- 2yr olds, an 8 yr old, and 7 adults. The accomodations comfortably gave us all our privacy while also having a main area to gather. The owners are receptive and prompt with all the questions and concerns we had and were generous with allowing us to check in early. The house is located on a golf course and because it was winter there were no golfers so the kids enjoyed running around the back yard without worry. It's in a quiet and beautiful area while still close to the center of town. The house itself has all the conveniences you may need. The kitchen in the main floor is a gourmet kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets you may need for cooking at home, there is also a kitchen area on the lower floor which we didn't use but is available. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
