"The only complaint we had is that there was only 1 elevator working at the time of our stay..otherwise the rooms were spacious, comfortable bed, the housekeeping staff wonderful."

The shower by the sauna was broke and the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible in the shower . The hotel alone and room was clean and updated very nice stay the fire pit really nice and the restaurant too"

"they changed our room at the last minute to the second floor and there was no handrail. I fell down the stairs exiting the room, and injured my face, ribs and wounds on my legs. They seemed uninterested in helping us and didn't offer to call EMS. My daughter called paramedics to get help. The hotel staff wouldn't give us another room, so we left and they would not give us a refund unless we agreed to sign a release. This was an awful experience, and it is now a month later and I am still trying to recover."

"We booked a bar side king room. It was spacious, clean, and updated. Enjoyable place to stay. Walking distance to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The food at the property was good and reasonably priced. The pool was nice and well maintained. Rooms that are "bar side" get a bit of noise as they have nightly entertainment. Not loud enough to bother us, but might be off-putting to some. The entire property was well maintained and updated. If going to the beach is a priority, then this is the perfect place to stay. Not only is it literally across the street, but they also furnish beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, and bottled water at no charge. We would definitely stay here again."

"Property was a step back in time. Old Florida, before all the glitz. Beautiful gronds around the large pool. The oldest tiki bar in Fl did not disappoint. Will stay again."
