"The room was well presented with 2 single beds, plenty of wardrobe and storage space and a spacious bathroom. The shower was over the bath which could prove difficult for someone with limited mobility. The beds were turned down in the evening which was a nice touch. Housekeeping work extremely hard and do an excellent job. The small balcony overlooked the garden and pool. The pool was a little bit cold especially for young children. Sunloungers were comfortable and available the majority of the time the pool bar had a limited variety of drinks and menu. The pool staff were great and would help move loungers and open parasols. Service at the bar was, on occasions, slow and it would be nice if staff were more attentive and took orders from the loungers. Breakfast was plentiful, but again, service was hit and miss with coffees etc being requested upto 4 times before appearing. Due to flying at 8 pm, we were able to keep our rooms free of charge until 5pm which was very useful. Apart from the 5 star price, I’m not entirely convinced this is a 5 star hotel."

"Beautiful hotel. The exterior pools with view of the ocean was a highlight and great for kids and families. Very clean property. Friendly staff. Good food at restaurant. Short 5 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to town. 5 Stars indeed."

"I couldn’t fault the place! Everything was done to a T. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and kept everything very clean. They were always happy to help, and nothing was ever too big of an ask. The room was cleaned regularly and according to my requests, and everything was exactly as described. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended."

"This has been one of the most pleasant stays. I have had in Cascais. The property was beautiful and our room was immaculate. The spa was a pleasant tree as was the bar and staff."

"You definitely cannot beat the location, it was magical. The pool was large and lots of chairs. The rooms were nice and clean and the cleaning ladies were by far the friendliest people at the hotel. We were not greeted, we passed by staff constantly and they basically ignored us. They have a new team taking over the pool activities, it was their first week trying drinks, music and food by the pool. The workers were rude and did not care we were there. Will we be back? I'm not sure if we will stay at this hotel, but we will be back to the same area, maybe give another hotel a try."
