Located in Gandarinha, the most upmarket part of Cascais overlooking the ocean and offering sun soaked rooms from morning till sunset. It is located in a luxury condominium offering a heated indoor pool as well as an outdoor swimming pool, a fully equipped gym and spa facilities. Beautiful gardens and lots of open space will make you never want to leave this little oasis. The Space: The living room and dining room are open plan and have a wonderfully modern and fully equipped kitchen just off the living area and with access also to the balcony. Spacious en suite bedroom has its own private bathroom and dressing area. Guest bathroom at entrance hall and plenty of additional closet space. Sofa bed makes the apartment perfect for a family with 2 small children. Easy access to this 3rd floor apartment via lift and offers a service lift for heavier items or removing waste items. The apartment boasts both heating and cooling systems and automated black out blinds. Guest Access: We will meet you at the property upon your arrival or you will be given access via our housekeeper and welcomer team shortly after your check-in. The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in one of the best locations, just on the waterfront with lovely paths for walking, jogging or cycling. You can be at Casa da Guia in a few minutes in one direction and the marina in a few minutes in the opposite direction. A great choice of shops, cafes, bakeries. supermarkets and specialty shops are just a short distance walk from here. Getting Around: There is a bus route on the main road in front of the condominium but walking to almost anywhere you need to be is very easy. Other Things to Note: Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person.
