We had a lovely stay at the hotel! Being tired because just arrives in Italy, we decided to stay in and have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. Food, view and service were great, especially for the the price. Since the pool is open to everyone, it was a bit disorganized and unmaintaind but views were great. Very close to the center of civitanova ♥️

Strange service interaction at breakfast. Apparently I did not sit at the "designated" table for my room. There were number cards on some of the tables but I did not see at first. I can't imagine why this is even neccessary. I travel for business 3 months a year and have never seen such a system for hotel breakfast. This was a very big empty dining room with many tables and few guests. When one of the employees saw that I apparently did not sit at the very specific table, she made me pick up my food after I began eating and walk all the way across the room, maybe 25 meters to another table. What kind of service is this? Was that neccessary? Is it how you properly treat a guest? I'll remind you that the giant room was nearly empty from the time I arrived and left. She did this in a cold manner. Throughout the rest of the 20 minutes that I sat at the "correct" table, never saw another employee to ask for coffee. This is not anywhere near the level of service I would expect from a 4 star hotel and for this price. Will be certain to avoid this hotel when I return.

Outstanding breakfast. Very efficient room with closet organization. Very helpful staff .. especially on train day .. calling a cab for us. The hotel is located near to the docks, historical monuments, and the museums and churches.

What a beautiful hotel in the perfect location! We were right above the cliffs overlooking the sea. The steps to go down to the sea were right next to it as well. Everything about the hotel portrayed comfortable elegance--from the entryway to the living room area to the pool to the room itself. We loved that we had access to a small terrace with a large window. In the morning I opened it all to the most beautiful view of sparkling quiet water. Spectacular! The amazing array of food for breakfast was delicious. We're hoping to come back and stay longer another time!

When checking in the staff was friendly, the gentleman helping us during our stay was always available. The food at breakfast was enjoyable and the location the main square was ideal
