It felt like we were VIP guest in a palace because of the hospitality of the owner Madam Beatrice and all the staff. They were very courteous and helpful. "Lovely hotel with a big superior room Staff very friendly The hotel was clean It was lovely and quiet even though it’s across from the bus station The breakfast was limited but of good quality It had a lift but only a small lift, would not fit a standard wheelchair in sadly We could only get lukewarm water in the bathroom but it wasn’t that bad"

Most of all the front desk service was impeccable and extremely welcoming , friendly, courteous and helpful . Frederica, Ilaria and Alessio really made our stay perfect. They found great restaurants, gave perfect directions,train times,etc. which made our stay a breeze! Highly recommend this boutique hotel ! "
