*Kitchen The apartment has good ventilation and lighting, and a kitchen equipped with the basic utensils you’ll need for your stay, such as a coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, cooking appliances, etc. There is a bar with stools, and all the furnishings are new, as is the building.
Here you will find sheets, blankets, towels, 1 bar of soap, and toilet paper in each bathroom.

Guest Access
Once the reservation is made, a photo of the identification document for all guests will be requested (ID for domestic guests, or passport for international guests). This is required by local authorities and is an internal building regulation to ensure a smooth stay.

If this information is not provided, the guest will not be allowed to enter.
Once you arrive at the front desk, check-in will be completed using the guests’ identification documents. Once completed, you can enter the accommodation using the key provided via direct message by the host.
The key is for the exclusive and confidential use of guests.
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one of
their parents, as required by child protection regulations.
