I didn’t stay after all because my flight back home was not delayed after all but when I walked in to make the reservation the hotel was lovely the staff helpful and communication was great. Highly recommend.

The room was spotles and the location was the best in town being less than a minute away from the clock tower. The staff was courteous and professional as always and i have no shame to that Cindy & Richard are amongst my favorite people in Cartagena. I can't wait to go back!

Not what I expected – location, service, breakfast and “pool” all disappointing I stayed at this hotel in Cartagena and unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The location wasn’t convenient for me – it felt out of the way and not ideal for exploring the city easily. Service was average at best and didn’t feel particularly helpful or attentive. There was no breakfast included and, more frustratingly, no option to purchase breakfast either. Having at least a paid alternative would have been useful. The “pool” is also not really a pool in any practical sense – it’s far too small/basic to be enjoyable. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience. There are better options in Cartagena for the money.

Our stay was very good, and the highlight was the extraordinary effort of the staff, for a variety of reasons. The most significant was the city water was shut down for 18 hours and the staff made every effort to minimize the major inconvenience.
