The space

Set on the upper floor of Calablanca Residences, this penthouse draws you in with an open-plan layout that connects the living area directly to the terrace. Natural light moves through the space throughout the day, and air conditioning keeps the interior cool and comfortable at all hours. A private entrance and elevator access make arrivals easy, and the view - a wide, unbroken sweep of Caribbean blue - is available from the moment you step outside.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms across six beds accommodate up to nine guests, with three and a half bathrooms ensuring the mornings run without friction. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with hangers, clothing storage, and an iron for those who need them.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for everything from a slow morning to a proper group dinner. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster are all available, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The dining table brings everyone together before the day takes you in different directions.

The terrace is where the penthouse comes into its own - wide open and oriented directly to the sea, it becomes the natural centre of the day whether you're reading through the morning or watching the light change in the evening. Calablanca Residences offers a well-equipped gym for cardio, weights, and pilates, as well as a spa with jacuzzis, steam room, and sauna. A game room with pool table, foosball, and ping-pong rounds things out when the beach can wait. After time in the water, outdoor showers with L'Occitane soap are available, and beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for guests. A kayak is also available to use.

 

The beach

The private beach at Calablanca stretches 167 meters, set up with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas for a full day by the water. Beach access is included for all guests staying at the property.

 

Convenience & services

Free parking is available on the premises, and building staff are present 24 hours a day for check-in and any assistance during your stay. Self check-in is available, and both a washer and dryer are on hand for longer visits. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when you need to be, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Please note: there is no smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector on the property.
