"The hotel is very pretty, with beautiful minimalist decor and a subtle Caribbean touch. I booked a two-room apartment, but my family was given a one-room apartment instead. Even so, they said the place was beautiful with an ocean view. I also contacted the property in advance to arrange something special for my mom’s birthday upon arrival, but I never received a response."
