Since 2018, we've had the pleasure of welcoming travellers from all over the world. This listing, however, is much newer: it’s located in a newly constructed building and has only recently been listed on the site, so it’s still building up its review history.

We’ve designed this space with those in mind who are looking for comfort, tranquility, and an excellent location to enjoy Cartagena at a leisurely pace. It’s ideal for couples, medium- and long-term stays, remote work, or leisure travel.

Since this is a new property, we’re currently offering very competitive rates and especially attractive terms for extended stays, making it an excellent opportunity in terms of value, location, and price.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere and security of the building, access is restricted exclusively to registered guests. The building maintains rules designed to ensure the peace and well-being of all residents.
