Casa Stephanie is a charming 200-square-meter colonial-style house located in Getsemaní, one of the world’s “coolest” areas according to Forbes magazine. The property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms with hot water, a kitchen, a dining room, an outdoor patio, and a pool. It’s just a few steps from Plaza de la Trinidad and the Ancho and Angosto alleys. Housekeeping is included every other day; the pool is cleaned and maintained EVERY DAY between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Casa Stephanie is a colonial house located in the Getsemaní area in the heart of heroic Cartagena de Indias, just steps away from Plaza de la Trinidad, the Ancho and Angosto alleys, Plaza del Pozo, and very close to the Clock Tower, our city’s iconic landmark. Casa Stephanie is surrounded by city walls, museums, churches, restaurants, nightclubs, and parks where Cartagena comes alive in all its splendour; just a 5-minute drive from Rafael Núñez International Airport, 5 minutes from San Felipe de Barajas Castle, and 5 minutes from La Cima or Convento de la Popa and the tourist pier.

As you walk through the private entrance of Casa Stephanie, you’ll find a cosy living room with high ceilings. A little further on is the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with a coffee station, and a door leading to the bedrooms to ensure their privacy. The master bedroom sleeps three and features a full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and hot water. The second and third bedrooms each sleep two guests and share a second full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and hot water. The fourth bedroom sleeps three people and features a full bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and hot water. With its high ceilings, the living room is ideal for entertaining guests or simply escaping the afternoon heat.

At Casa Stephanie, you’ll find an iron with an ironing board, a hair dryer, a kitchen with a stove, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a sandwich maker, a blender, a coffee station, and all the utensils you might need if you want to prepare a meal. The house also has super-fast Wi-Fi.

Our staff will ensure that your room is well maintained, free of trash, and that bathroom amenities are restocked daily for your comfort.
The pool staff will ensure every day that the pool is spotless so you can enjoy sunny days and cool off in it.

Please note that parties are not permitted at the property. To ensure safety and comply with requirements set by the Colombian government, each guest must present a passport and/or identification document upon arrival at Casa Stephanie and must sign the rental agreement to confirm their stay at the house.

Rates: The price is the cost per night for the entire house, which has a maximum capacity of 10 people. This means that guests can enjoy the entire property during their stay at Casa Stephanie.

Housekeeping service: The housekeeping and maintenance team is responsible for maintaining and caring for the property and the pool, ensuring they remain clean and tidy throughout your stay.

Upon your arrival, a staff member will be waiting for you at Casa Stephanie to welcome you, provide house rules, and offer some recommendations for places to visit in the city to ensure you have an excellent experience at Casa Stephanie and in Cartagena.

Cleaning service is included in the rental price. Sheets and towels are changed every two days. Pool cleaning and maintenance are performed EVERY DAY between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

General pool maintenance is performed on SUNDAYS.
